When you fuel your body with the correct foods not only does it help in assisting in non-weight gain. It also strenghens your immune system to fight off viruses and bugs.
Adding-eating high-quality foods that contain lots of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants nourishes the brain and protects it from oxidative stress, (the “waste” free radicals) produced when the body uses oxygen, which can damage cells
Though, it is important to also exercise regularly to promote; healthy function of the heart, bones from becoming brittle, gaining and maintaining weight. It stands at 20%, where fuelling correctly is 80%.
