About Helena
Helena love for sports came from a young age, having committed to years in the art of:
Kyshindo (martial arts), later going on to the art of Muay Thai (Kick-Boxing) for six years.
With a lingering background of over fifteen years Boxing still to this date.
Helena has been involved in the fitness industry for 25 years, continuously updating additional knowledge.
As a result, placing her on top of the game and a position to know what works and what doesn’t.
Helena is a fully accredited Personal Trainer, with additional qualifications:

Once weighing 15 stones, sampling every fad diet that was available on the market, to feeling the effects of depression.
Helena adopted a realistic and manageable approach to her fitness and nutrition, those who knew her saw the visible results.
Now Helena guides others to a fitter and healthier lifestyle.
Educating her clients on the subject and the public through blogging and writing.
In return has earned her the title as ‘The Common Sense Coach’.
