I have had a love for sports from a young age, having committed to years in the art of:
Kyshindo (martial arts 2nd Dan Black belt),
Muay Thai (Kick-Boxing) for six years.
Boxing still to this date.
I have been in the fitness industry for 25 years, placing me in a position to know what works and what doesn’t.
I come from a psychology background and strongly believe in training both body & mind.
I once weighed 15 stones, sampling every fad diet that was available on the market, to feeling the effects of depression.
I reached a level where I couldn’t look at myself in the mirror, as I hated what was staring back at me. Enough was enough, that’s when my calling came to do something about it.
I adopted a realistic and manageable approach to my fitness and nutrition, those who knew me saw the visible difference. Mentally, I was a new woman and much happier and wanted others to feel the same feeling.
Having previously holding level-2 certificates in fitness coaching. My calling was to become a fitness professional and share this wonderful feeling with others.
I invested a lot of money and time, dedicating myself to growing my knowledge on the subject. Over the years, not only did I gain a wealth of knowledge, I gained years of experience.
I am now in a position to help others bring out the best in them both body & mind. I continue till this date, updating my knowledge placing me on top of the game.
My mission is to educate my clients and the public of the best investment, you & your health & mind.
