I specialise in making ‘You’ the best version of yourself, by teaching you to be more positive in your thoughts & actions. Even when things are not going your way, the techniques I teach are designed to mirror your weaknesses and turn them into strengths. When this is accomplished you can grow as an individual and live a happy, joyful fulfilled life and understand the importance of the role you need to take in showing up for ‘You’ is.
I hold a diploma in life Coaching & Mindfulness with (The Learning Skills Academy), I also come from a Psychology background. But the highest qualifications I hold is life experiences. Having 10 years on and off with poor health and several operations. I have been obese, to too thin for my height, battled depression for years, had low self esteem and being my own worse enemy. I tuned it all around and grew as a person not just spiritually, but also physically and mentally. Not only can I walk the talk, I am now in a position to lead others and have done so successfully for the long long run.
How I work:
I offer a Free consultation session which usually lasts between 20-30min. During this period I will listen carefully to your needs, goals and get a better understanding of ‘You’ as a person.
The consultation is a great way for myself to assess your needs, and how willing you are in taking action towards change.
I am direct in my approach and it can be mislead to arrogance, oh and I might possibly swear, but in my field honest is the best policy.
If you don’t appreciate honesty it won’t work, simples; my main goals is getting you long lasting results and leading you to grow as an individual.

I am a converted Buddhist; my mother wasn’t frilled at the beginning but when I mentioned that the Ancient Greeks believed in the Buddhist teaching’s years ago, she has respected it.
Even though I am a Buddhist I do believe in God just not religions, but respect other’s beliefs.
I prefer Dogs to cats, but in general I am an animal lover.
I am a vegan and have been for over 30 years now and have no regrets.
I love reading books, I have lost count of how many I have read over 20 years, but it’s defiantly over 4,000 books, (just don’t ask me titles it’s been that many).
My roots are Greek and I speak fluent Greek, (I had no choice with my mother, who refused to speak to me in English)
I am OCD, really OCD, yes, my flat is spotless!
I spent most of my teens till my 30’s being a pot head, now if I took one puff I would fall on the ground.
I used to think I was overly superficial only to discover I was born a spiritual junkie.
I never understood people who liked their own space and liked their own company I thought they were strange, until I got older, I started doing the same I get it now, good move and no dramas!
I can always see through someone when they are telling me porkies, I just let them get on with it and laugh silently.
Never ask me for my opinion unless you want to hear the truth, as I say it like it is.
I can sometimes swear a lot, there just isn’t another way to express myself.
I am hyper, very rarely a moody person but when I get angry it’s best to leave me alone, usually punching a boxing bag in the gym.
I work out a lot and eat healthy and have competed in body building competitions.
My sarcasm and confidence are sometimes mistaken for being arrogant, yes this used to upset me but the older I got I have learned people have to except me for what I am.
My zodiac is a Leo and Chinese Astrology I am a Dragon.
