I specialise in several areas of coaching but they all have the same effect under my guidance, and that’s leading to the road of a long lasting effect, growth as a person, understanding of the importance of showing up for yourself is, equaling to a better ‘You’.
I have always had a gift for mirroring peoples weaknesses by turning them into strengths, over the years I have master it well. My method has proven very effected with my clients I have worked with, and the best part of it is, it has been a lasting result. Theres nothing more joyful for me than turning my client’s into the best version of themselves.
Based on my own life journey and experiences, I now know better that every step you take leads you to a stronger and better version of yourself, the question is are you willing to put in the work whilst I guide you?
Life Coaching:

I am a fully accredited Personal Trainer, including additional qualifications I hold in Nutrition & Weight Management. With my Health & Wellness Coaching, I provide direction to my clients who are looking for motivation and tips when it comes to health-related issues like, losing weight, nutrition, behaviour patterns and fitness.
I design sustainable strategies to bring overall mindset, wellness, health, and well-being into my client’s life. Everyone’s needs are different therefore, my programmes I designed are set on individual’s strengths and values in creating plans for a long-term wellness strategy best suited to you.

Personal Development Coaching is for anyone seeking to bring out their best qualities to the surface and grow as an individual.
Some would assume that this type of coaching is for someone who hasn’t got any confidence in themselves, in-fact it’s the opposite. You would be surprised how many people I have come across that are successful business owners or entrepreneurs. Looking from the outside to most they seem confident within themselves but, the inside tells a different story.
Personal Development is about learning to balance yourself, emotionally and growing as a person so when in doubt you are able to control any negative thoughts, and turn them into positives and continue to grow to the amazing person you are.

My Qualifications:
I hold a diploma in Life Coaching, Mindfulness, Meditation, Stress Management, Time Management, & Advance Concealing Level 4. I also come from a Psychology background.
But, the highest qualifications I hold is life experiences. Having 10 years on and off with poor health and several operations. I have been obese, too thin for my height, battled depression for years, had low self esteem and being my own worse enemy. I turned it all around and grew as a person not just spiritually but, also physically and mentally. Not only can I walk the talk, I am now in a position to lead others to do the same and have done so successfully.
How I work:
I offer a Free consultation session which lasts between 20-30min, during this period I will listen carefully to your needs, goals and get a better understanding of ‘You’ as a person and explain how I can guide you to self growth.
The consultation is a great way for myself to assess your needs and how willing you are in taking action towards change, no one wants to waste another’s time.
Warning:
I am direct in my approach and it can be mislead to arrogance, oh and I might possibly swear, but in my field honesty is the best policy.
If you don’t appreciate honesty it won’t work simples; my main goals is getting you long lasting results and leading you to grow as an individual.

Other stuff about me:
I am a converted Buddhist; my mother wasn’t frilled at the beginning but when I mentioned that the Ancient Greeks believed in the Buddhist teaching’s years ago, she has respected it.
Even though I am a Buddhist I do believe in God just not religions, but respect other’s beliefs.
I prefer Dogs to cats, but in general I am an animal lover.
I am a vegan and haven’t touched meat for 30 years now and have no regrets.
I love reading books, I have lost count of how many I have read over 20 years, but it’s defiantly over 4,000 books, (just don’t ask me titles it’s been that many).
My roots are Greek and I speak fluent Greek, (I had no choice with my mother, who refused to speak to me in English)
I am OCD, really OCD, yes, my flat is spotless!
I spent most of my teens till my 30’s being a pot head, now if I took one puff I would fall on the ground.
I used to think I was overly superficial only to discover I was born a spiritual junkie.
I never understood people who liked their own space and liked their own company I thought they were strange, until I got older realising they are smart!
I can always see through someone when they are talking bullshit, I just let them get on with it and laugh silently.
Never ask me for my opinion unless you want to hear the truth, as I say it like it is.
I can sometimes swear a lot, I guess I have mild turrets.
I am hyper, very rarely a moody person but when I get angry it’s best to leave me alone, usually punching a boxing bag in the gym, unless your offering me food.
I work out a lot and eat healthy and have competed in a couple of body building competitions, I placed 2nd in my last show.
My sarcasm and confidence are sometimes mistaken for being arrogant when I am just being blunt.
My zodiac is a Leo and Chinese Astrology I am a Dragon.

I sing and am pretty good at it, I just don’t want to be famous and I don’t like singing in front of people unless its Karaoke and I am slightly drunk!
